Account Manager
All contractors are assigned an Account Manager (AM) which they
can contact via phone, email or text 24/7. The AM will walk the
contractor through the onboarding phase and maintain periodic
contact throughout the length of the contract.
All new hires will receive periodic touch points in addition to
satisfaction surveys to assess their comfort with our services and
their assignment.

Service Levels of Excellence
New hires will hear from their AM within 24 hours of our receiving their name and contact information from the client.
60% of all support issues are responded to and resolved within 3
hours of initial contact, 75% within 8 hours and 100% within in 12 hours.
Contractors have full access to call, email, and text their account manager 24/7.

provides contractors with a simple, quick, and secure way to
transfer their employment information.
All steps required in the onboarding process are clearly outlined and easy to complete via a Computer, Tablet or Phone.
Most contractors onboarded by us complete the onboarding
